A Message from Dr. Russell

My patient-care philosophy is simple — I treat my patients the way I would like to be treated as a patient myself. In practice, this means that when you come in for a consultation, I will give you my honest assessment of your areas of concern, and then discuss with you the options for you to consider, whether surgical or non-surgical.

So much of our sense of self is found in our faces, so when you are considering making a change to your face, I feel that you should understand the procedures you are interested in and consider your options carefully. I will let you know what I think the best options are, but I will also let you know of any potential downsides to consider with a particular treatment, so that you can make an informed decision.

I personally disdain high-pressure sales tactics when I am considering a purchase, so you will not be subjected to any of that as a patient in my practice. At the conclusion of our consultation, my patient care coordinator will provide you with pricing and scheduling information for the treatments we have discussed, but no immediate decision will be sought from you.

Occasionally, I will see patients who I believe are better off not having any procedure at all, and if I find that to be true in your case, I will let you know.

My goal is to always do the very best I can for every one of my patients. I have no students, residents, or fellows in my practice – I personally perform every aspect of all my procedures, from first cut to last stitch. I enjoy the meticulous attention to detail that my craft requires, but even more, I love producing stunning before-and-after transformations for my patients.
